- Master of Law degree or equivalent qualification
- Qualified attorney with bar admission in Switzerland, EU, UK or US
- 10+ years of legal experience in private practice and/or multinational in-house
- Strong experience supporting Operations, Procurement, R&D, Corporate IT in regulated industry
- Expertise in drafting/negotiating commercial and technology agreements
- Advising on trade compliance topics
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience advising senior executives in global organizations
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken
- German language skills highly preferred
- Additional languages are a plus
Tasks
- Provide strategic legal advice to global functions
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements
- Partner with business leaders on legal and compliance matters
- Support supplier lifecycle activities
- Advise on intellectual property and emerging technology
- Manage and mentor Legal Counsel
- Coordinate with external counsel and cross-functional teams
