- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) in Health/Life Sciences
- Full professional proficiency in English
- In-depth pharmaceutical industry experience (Medical Affairs/Clinical Development)
- Deep understanding of health care systems and stakeholders
- Experience in matrix organizations and leading cross-functional medical projects
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies
- Strong track record leading complex medical affairs initiatives
- Clear impact on timelines, quality, and strategic outcomes
- Additional training/certification/experience in Dermatology and/or Rheumatology is a plus
- Significant medical affairs pre-launch/launch experience (major International market)
- Significant medical affairs pre-launch/launch experience (Immunology/Immuno-oncology)
- Experience developing and executing 'Best in Class' processes at scale
Tasks
- Lead International Medical Affairs strategy for priority Immunology assets
- Ensure international market needs are reflected in medical priorities and plans
- Translate perspectives of priority international markets into actionable strategies
- Shape integrated evidence plans and evidence-generation priorities
- Ensure timely availability of data for scientific exchange and clinical adoption
- Provide strategic input into field medical and medical engagement priorities
- Inform high-quality, market-relevant plans with country insights and scientific requirements
- Drive external scientific engagement and communication strategies
- Organize major congress activities, symposia, and key scientific exchange initiatives
- Build strategic relationships with healthcare professionals and scientific societies
- Advance scientific leadership and medical impact in Immunology
- Serve as a strategic medical partner to International Commercial, International Value & Access, and other teams
- Ensure aligned, high-quality plans and execution across cross-functional teams
- Provide proactive medical leadership for lifecycle management
- Identify opportunities for medical strategy and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure all International Medical Affairs activities meet high standards of medical quality, ethics, and compliance
- Support access-related and patient-focused initiatives
