- •Build talent pipelines and robust succession plans
- •Shape organizational strategy using data-driven insights
- •Execute core HR processes following group policy
- •Respond to senior management requests and needs
- •Manage global HR reporting and trend forecasting
- •Co-lead strategic supply chain people priorities
- •Drive on-site employee engagement and relations activities
- •Align business priorities with rewards and talent programs
