• •Ability to manage vendor relationships
• •International working experience
• •Clear oral and written English communication
• •Spanish fluency is a plus
• •Experience managing 8-12 direct reports

• •Provide tailored support for sustainable farming
• •Offer expert agronomic advice to farmers
• •Audit social and labor standard compliance
• •Develop income diversification for smallholder systems
• •Design processes to increase farm productivity
• •Create strategies for climate resilience
• •Manage a global Model Farm Network
• •Liaise between trading and research teams
• •Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
• •Report on program progress and impact
• •Measure results using key performance indicators
