- •8+ years of experience in regional, field, events, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution
- •6+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
- •Experience marketing to B2G across EMEA
- •Deep understanding of market nuances and competitive dynamics across EMEA
- •Extensive experience in building and executing effective regional GTM strategies
- •Track record of overachieving marketing pipeline metrics and regional targets
- •Experience leveraging AI to scale marketing reach and efficiency
- •Success in hiring, developing, and leading high-performing regional marketing teams
- •Success in creating and executing comprehensive regional marketing strategies
- •Deep experience partnering with regional sales leaders
- •Solid experience in marketing to government audiences
- •Solid command of modern marketing technology
- •Solid communication and presentation skills with executive audiences
- •Proficient in German

- •Develop and nurture co-marketing relationships with regional partners
- •Build and mentor the regional marketing team
- •Cultivate a high-performing culture within the team
