Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting
  • Extensive experience in client engagement at the CXO level
  • Demonstrable ability to build relationships with senior executives
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects
  • Effective financial acumen in driving revenue growth
  • Experience managing high-value business development activities
  • Deep understanding of industry trends and technology
  • Sound personal brand and presence in the industry
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
  • Deep Cloud Migration experience
  • Strong Manufacturing industry knowledge
  • Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills

Tasks

  • Drive financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
  • Manage margin expectations and backlog growth
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities
  • Negotiate fees and scope for engagements while managing risk
  • Build and maintain relationships with client CXOs
  • Lead C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives
  • Advise on complex consulting engagements
  • Enhance client satisfaction and secure client references
  • Achieve individual and team utilization targets
  • Design and oversee complex engagements for high performance
  • Foster a culture of continuous development and innovation
  • Ensure outcomes are commercially focused and effectively executed
