Tasks
- Develop and implement regional communication strategies
- Align strategies with corporate priorities, budgets, and timelines
- Drive corporate reputation and executive visibility initiatives
- Manage thought leadership and media engagement
- Lead regional product and pipeline communications strategy
- Align launch readiness and data milestones with Global Brand Communications
- Coordinate congress communications and pipeline updates
- Partner with Patient Advocacy to elevate the patient voice
- Amplify collaborations with patient advocacy organizations
- Support policy narratives with Policy and Government Affairs teams
- Communicate initiatives that enable faster treatment access
- Coordinate with country Corporate Affairs for message consistency
- Provide tools and guidance to strengthen affiliate capabilities
- Lead agency management and oversee communication material development
- Create media content, narratives, Q&As, and toolkits
- Develop high-quality presentations and communication assets
- Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate communication effectiveness
- Optimize communication impact based on performance metrics
