- Lead the Brand IBT, setting agendas and action points for execution
- Champion partnerships and collaboration within the IBT for continuous improvement
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and support
- Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and associations
- Develop marketing strategies aligned with portfolio objectives and local needs
- Ensure effective positioning and messaging tailored to cultural and regulatory environments
- Support affiliate teams in identifying opportunities and challenges creatively
- Identify lifecycle management opportunities for sustained growth
- Develop customer-focused brand plans for consistent implementation
- Establish metrics and KPIs to track marketing effectiveness
- Drive market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Manage the brand budget for effective resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards in marketing activities
- Champion ethical marketing practices across affiliates
