  • •Ability to design KPI frameworks
  • •Knowledge of access data sources
  • •Experience managing budgets and performance outcomes
  • •Comfort operating in complex matrixed organizations
  • •Skill in developing dashboards and insights
  • •Track record of supporting cross-functional teams
  • •Desirable MBA, PhD, MD, or Pharmacist
  • •Desirable five years additional international experience
  • •Access and Reimbursement Strategy expertise
  • •Analytical thinking and skills
  • •Customer-centric mindset
  • •Knowledge of Health Economics and HTA
  • •Experience with Real World Evidence (RWE)
