Requirements
- 2–4+ years digital marketing, growth or performance marketing (B2B)
- End-to-end website management with Squarespace
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads campaign management
- Solid SEO understanding (on-page, technical, off-page)
- Understanding of AI-driven search impact
- HubSpot experience (forms, landing pages, lead tracking)
- HTML/CSS skills
- Data-driven mindset and action-oriented analysis
- Strong German communication skills
- Strong English communication skills
- French language skills (plus)
- Proactive and ownership-driven attitude
Tasks
- Optimize website for UX, structure, and conversion
- Create new landing pages with clean on-page SEO/GEO
- Integrate HubSpot lead forms into landing pages
- Plan and implement paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
- Acquire new qualified B2B leads through paid campaigns
- Manage paid media budget and performance reporting
- Coordinate creatives and ad copy with Creative team
- Own SEO and GEO KPIs
- Continuously improve content, technical, and off-page SEO
