Tasks
- Lead planning, execution, and optimization of SEA activities
- Ensure scalable and sustainable growth across multiple brands
- Own Google Ads best practices and expertise
- Support other performance marketing channels as needed
- Advise Business Units on performance marketing best practices
- Develop conversion strategies and campaign structures
- Provide actionable recommendations and growth opportunities
- Manage operational workflow across Business Units
- Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate data-related initiatives with Data teams
- Drive performance through data-driven and experimental approaches
- Establish and scale structured testing frameworks
- Identify optimization opportunities and improve incrementality
- Unlock new growth levers
- Challenge existing approaches and processes
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize workflows
