- •Align digital solutions with business priorities for each market
- •Establish and monitor KPIs to measure tool impact
- •Review metrics to ensure tools meet market needs
- •Facilitate feedback loops between end-users and global solution teams
- •Gather user feedback and enhancement requests for tools
- •Coordinate with Data & Analytics teams for analytical model integration
- •Champion knowledge sharing around digital commercial tools
- •Organize training sessions and webinars for continuous learning
- •Maintain an up-to-date mapping of market tool status
- •Connect markets to share success stories and best practices
