- •Five years experience as Senior Desktop Support
- •Experience supporting Microsoft environments and M365
- •Experience working with EUC networks
- •Experience managing Active Directory and Intune
- •Experience working with telephony systems
- •Experience supporting audio visual technologies
- •Knowledge of virtual environments
- •Experience supporting trading applications
- •Understanding of cloud technologies
- •Good understanding of MAC OS
- •Collaborative and inclusive communication skills
- •Beneficial experience with PowerShell
- •Advantageous automation creation experiences
- •Good project management understanding
- •Experience working with external vendors
- •Bachelor of Science or related IT qualifications
- •Customer Service and white glove support orientation
- •Strong verbal and written communication
- •Technically minded with excellent triage skills
- •Highly responsive, energetic and enthusiastic
- •Capability of prioritizing tasks and deadlines

- •Support end-user hardware, software, telephony, and printers
- •Install and maintain Windows 11 and M365 Office
- •Configure workstations and macOS environments
- •Support trading and market data applications like Bloomberg
- •Manage onboarding tasks including account creation and desk setups
- •Build and deploy PCs, laptops, and mobile devices
- •Administer iPhones and various office hardware
- •Deploy applications via SCCM, Intune, and MDM tools
- •Analyze incidents to drive continuous service improvements
- •Design custom internal tools for help desk empowerment
- •Document technical standards and follow established procedures
- •Work on a shift rotation including on-call requirements
