Requirements
- •University degree in technology or related discipline, preferably with a focus on finance
- •Relevant professional experience within asset management or banking industry
- •Strong knowledge of financial instruments such as Fixed Income, Derivatives, Equities, and FX
- •Demonstrated experience in application support; solid expertise in SimCorp OMS/book of record
- •Good command of Windows, UNIX, SQL, and Oracle, with proven database querying capabilities
- •Knowledge of ITIL best practices is an advantage
- •Analytical and solution-driven mindset, able to perform efficiently under pressure with a high sense of ownership
- •Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- •Full professional proficiency in English and a good level of French
- •Team-oriented and comfortable collaborating with colleagues across different locations

Tasks
- •Provide end-to-end business and technical support for Investment Platform applications
- •Handle major incidents effectively
- •Deliver first- and second-level support to users
- •Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
- •Support the T+1 settlement process for U.S. transactions
- •Participate in an on-call rotation
- •Escalate issues to third-line support when necessary
- •Deliver training and coaching to application users
- •Stay informed about changes to applications and business processes
- •Develop strong relationships with users to understand their needs
- •Identify and recommend opportunities for enhancements with product teams
- •Maintain clear documentation of support processes and procedures
