Tasks
- Support Technical Operations strategic and business priorities
- Lead key initiatives to enhance business processes
- Provide decision support for informed and effective decision-making
- Integrate IPT Portfolio Review for planning and communication
- Deploy IPT and cross-IPT resources for specific projects
- Maintain visibility into resource availability and expertise
- Lead reporting on IPT and project-level performance
- Develop processes for capturing and distributing lessons learned
- Lead IPT Portfolio Review meetings
- Maintain agendas and drive key decisions
- Partner with presenters and prepare meeting minutes
- Follow up on allocated actions
- Capture voice of the customer feedback
- Identify business improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with COO and other Decision Support Leads
- Align operational priorities enterprise-wide
