Requirements
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, Information Science, Information Management, or related discipline
- •Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data documentation, quality, or metadata-related role, or advanced degree with 0-2 years of equivalent work experience
- •Understanding of clinical or real-world data structures and foundational stewardship practices
- •Basic experience with documentation tools, spreadsheets, or version control systems
- •Capacity for independent thinking and decision-making based on sound principles
- •Excellent strategic agility including problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- •Respect for cultural differences in global workplace interactions
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically in presentation and writing
- •Experience in healthcare data governance and exposure to data catalogs or classification systems
- •Willingness to learn about regulatory documentation requirements and FAIR data principles
- •Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality metadata and process consistency

- •Develop subject matter expertise in data stewardship practices
- •Collaborate with senior team members on documentation and data standards
- •Participate in knowledge-sharing activities for new team members
- •Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations
- •Promote a culture of data stewardship by adhering to governance principles
