- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work across multiple projects
- Familiarity with programming languages (SAS, R, Python) and data workflows (a plus)
Tasks
- Manage data management activities for multiple studies.
- Oversee data management from design to closure.
- Collaborate to define data specifications.

- Drive timely data entry to optimize site performance.
- Drive query resolution to optimize site performance.
- Partner with Clinical Operations.

- Identify opportunities for innovation.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Oversee vendor performance.
- Ensure vendor compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure vendor compliance with quality standards.
- Share technical knowledge to enhance team practices.
- Encourage continuous improvement initiatives.
