Requirements

  • •Enrollment or recent graduation in Life Sciences or Biology
  • •Desirable experience with sample management software or laboratory setting
  • •Excellent data handling skills
  • •Meticulousness
  • •Proficiency with MS Excel
  • •Experience with GSuite (nice to have)
  • •Self-motivation and teamwork skills
  • •Ability to maintain quality and timeliness
  • •Proficiency in English
  • •Desire to influence own development
  • •Interest in cross-functional and geographic opportunities

Education

Currently in higher education
OR
Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Support daily data management operations
  • •Perform data quality control checks
  • •Conduct inventory searches
  • •Transcribe Certificates of Analysis into Excel
  • •Update and maintain the validated LIMS
  • •Resolve biospecimen data discrepancies
  • •Maintain data validity and integrity
  • •Execute sample data exports as needed
  • •Coordinate with acquisition and biorepository teams
