Requirements

  • Master’s studies (enrolled or completed within 12 months) in diagnostics, life science, or project management
  • Interest in applying knowledge in modern working environment
  • Interest in internship
  • Strong interest in combining business, diagnostic, and medical perspectives

  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills

Tasks

  • Participate in PCQT for cobas® x800 family
  • Contribute to maintaining on-market product quality
  • Drive effective collaboration
  • Prioritize and resolve issues impacting customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize and resolve product quality, safety, and serviceability issues
  • Manage on-market issues for the product portfolio
  • Ensure high field performance of cobas® x800 family systems
  • Contribute as a standing member of assigned IBTs
  • Communicate key information between LCTs and IBTs
  • Communicate with system and software development teams
  • Work closely with consumables and reagents operations

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
