Requirements

  • Degree in Information Systems or related

  • Leadership of SAP MDG initiatives

  • Extensive SAP MDG design experience

Tasks

  • Define enterprise-level information governance frameworks
  • Implement policies aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Establish governance processes and performance metrics
  • Enable governance through SAP MDG and metadata tools
  • Mature the Enterprise Data Governance organization
  • Drive end-to-end S/4 HANA data migration strategy
  • Oversee data profiling, cleansing, and mapping
  • Govern mock load cycles and defect management
  • Ensure migration outcomes meet compliance standards
  • Define enterprise ETL strategy and architecture
  • Establish standards for data ingestion and monitoring
  • Lead internal teams and strategic partners
  • Drive automation and operational efficiency improvements
  • Coach the SAP MDG Techno-Functional Lead
  • Develop technical capability within the data organization
  • Advise leadership on data delivery roadmaps
  • Influence stakeholders to align on data standards
  • Represent data topics in steering committees
