- Design and build reference architectures
- Create how-to guides
- Productionalize customer use cases
- Scope professional services work with engagement managers
- Guide strategic customers in big data projects
- Manage 3rd party migrations
- Design and deploy big data and AI applications
- Consult on architecture and design
- Bootstrap customer projects
- Ensure successful Databricks adoption
- Provide escalated support for operational issues
- Collaborate with Databricks technical team
- Work with project managers and architects
- Meet customer needs in technical engagements
- Provide product and implementation feedback
- Guide rapid resolution of product issues
