- Degree in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or comparable field
- Experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or similar commercial analytics role
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue metrics

- Great stakeholder management skills
- High proficiency in Power BI and dashboard building
- Comfortable working with CRM data and sales systems
- Strong analytical mindset and storytelling skills

- Effective communication and bridging business and tech
- Excellent German and English skills
- Preference for severely disabled applicants if equally qualified
Tasks
- Connect sales processes, data, and technical requirements
- Optimize sales processes and performance tracking
- Support commercial decision-making within the Sales Data Hub
- Develop and maintain PowerBI Dashboards
- Monitor sales KPIs and pipeline health
- Manage forecasting and campaign performance dashboards
- Define and improve sales performance metrics
- Ensure KPI relevance and sales team adoption
- Train sales teams on analytical tools
- Analyze funnel performance and pipeline data
- Identify process bottlenecks and growth opportunities
- Execute data-driven sales and revenue campaigns
- Manage lead segmentation and targeting
- Track and optimize campaign performance
- Transform data insights into concrete recommendations
- Support sales leaders in prioritizing actions
