- Derive technical recommendations
- Translate customer needs into prototype solutions
- Provide technical guidance to customers
- Provide application expertise to customers
- Support customer workshops
- Contribute to customer workshops
- Support co-creation sessions

- Communicate results to R&D and Commercial teams
