Requirements
- Native or fluent German, C2 level
- Good English communication skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Support or B2B experience
- Experience with SLAs and performance targets
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-first mindset and accountability
- Experience with Zendesk, HubSpot, or Intercom
- Experience in support documentation development
- Familiarity with CSAT or NPS tracking
Tasks
- Handle German-language B2B inquiries via email, phone, and chat
- Maintain defined Service Level Agreements for response and resolution times
- Manage ticket queues to meet performance targets
- Assist corporate clients with orders and escalations
- Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Tech teams
- Take ownership of proactive escalation management
- Identify root causes and develop preventive action plans
- Document cases accurately within the CRM system
- Improve internal support processes and the knowledge base
- Track key KPIs including CSAT and resolution rates
- Support client retention through high-quality service delivery
