  • Diagnose technical issues at customer sites
  • Represent the company to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain the operational quality of system equipment
  • Coordinate with customers to minimize equipment downtime
  • Prepare detailed field service reports on support activities
  • Document recurring problems for supporting functions
  • Assist installation engineers with technical problem-solving
