- Proven ability in strategic problem-solving and managing complex relationships within large, global enterprise organizations
- University degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; Customer Success certification is a plus
Tasks
- Serve as the primary post-sales contact
- Ensure customers achieve desired business outcomes
- Maximize value from Iron Mountain’s solutions
- Collaborate with Global Account Managers
- Develop strategic account plans
- Drive business growth and customer loyalty
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards
- Adhere to data privacy regulations
- Maintain service level agreements
