Customer Success Manager(m/w/x)
Engaging OEMs and dealers for product adoption within a data ecosystem for machine manufacturers. Customer Success or Account Management background required. Workation option.
Requirements
- Background in Customer Success or Account Management
- Ability to analyze customer data and translate insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and customer-centric mindset
- Structured and strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
- Industry experience in industrial machinery, automotive, or supply chain management
- Familiarity with parts planning, inventory management, or field service solutions
- Fluency in English and German
- Willingness to travel as needed
Tasks
- Drive product adoption and account growth
- Engage OEMs and dealers to ensure value realization
- Analyze customer usage data and KPIs
- Identify adoption gaps and implement engagement strategies
- Develop success plans aligned with customer objectives
- Work with the Founder & CEO to align sales efforts
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to define strategies
- Collaborate with OEMs and dealers to set goals and KPIs
- Track progress toward customer success
- Identify business pain points and expansion opportunities
- Partner with Account Executives on upsell discussions
- Advocate for customers' needs with Product, Sales, and Engineering
- Contribute to initiatives enhancing customer onboarding and experience
- Provide feedback to improve ClearOps’ solutions

- High school diploma
