- Design and champion scalable processes to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence
- Manage end-to-end post-sales journeys, including onboarding and claims handling
- Resolve customer queries related to delivery issues
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Tech, Logistics, and other departments
- Engage directly with customers via phone and email for inquiries
- Provide a premium support experience through multi-channel communication
