Requirements

  • •Student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, Marketing or related field
  • •Previous CRM experience a plus
  • •Interest in CRM, digital marketing, and campaign execution
  • •High organization, flexibility, and stakeholder management skills

  • •Excellent time management and attention to detail
  • •Good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
  • •Exceptional communication and presentation skills

  • •Coordinate CRM campaign execution across email, push, and SMS
  • •Support the Global Customer Activation Manager with daily activities
  • •Prepare materials and documentation for channel frameworks and playbooks
  • •Consolidate data and insights to inform activation rules
  • •Harmonize CRM processes, templates, and team workflows
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to gather assets
  • •Manage direct channel evolution within a global marketing environment
