Tasks

  • Cultivate strong client relationships
  • Monitor client satisfaction through service reviews

  • Complete client RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and SLAs
  • Develop industry knowledge for funds, insurance, and banking
  • Source and share market information with clients
  • Update Market and Service Profiles

  • Achieve revenue, pipeline, and growth targets
  • Conduct pricing analysis
  • Oversee new client onboarding and implementation
