- At least 10 years working experience in transaction reporting
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good MS-Office and MS-Excel knowledge

Tasks
- Monitor transaction reporting processes for FinfraG, MiFIR, and EMIR
- Identify and resolve reporting issues for accuracy and timeliness
- Serve as the primary contact for transaction reporting inquiries
- Ensure compliance with regulatory transaction reporting obligations
- Maintain and oversee in-custody and ex-custody relationships
- Act as the first point of contact for ex-custody topics
- Coordinate service level agreements and performance reviews
- Facilitate communication across internal departments and external partners
- Moderate workshops and deliver presentations to support change processes
- Build relationships to ensure alignment across all levels
- Develop and implement changes to optimize operational processes
- Collaborate with senior executives to prioritize optimization initiatives
- Translate operational goals into actionable plans
- Lead change-related topics from initiation to completion
- Monitor progress and address risks proactively
- Serve as the primary contact for client performance reporting
- Support tax operations with quality checks on client tax reports
- Assist the Operations team during peak periods to ensure service continuity
