Requirements

  • Interest in CRM and loyalty programs
  • Analytical mindset and data connection skills

  • Proactive, hands-on attitude
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (desirable)

Tasks

  • Support the execution of CRM and loyalty strategies
  • Execute CRM campaigns across email and eCommerce touchpoints
  • Set up and optimize loyalty activations
  • Manage campaign calendars, briefs, and tracking dashboards
  • Analyze post-campaign data to generate consumer insights
  • Collaborate with Brand, Digital, and eCommerce teams
  • Support ad-hoc digital media initiatives and projects
  • Participate in skill-building workshops and consulting projects
  • Work in-store to gain direct brand insights
  • Network with peers and senior leadership across the company

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
