Tasks

  • •Support the execution of CRM and loyalty strategies
  • •Execute CRM campaigns across email and eCommerce touchpoints
  • •Set up and optimize loyalty activations
  • •Manage campaign calendars, briefs, and tracking dashboards
  • •Analyze post-campaign data to generate consumer insights
  • •Collaborate with Brand, Digital, and eCommerce teams
  • •Support ad-hoc digital media initiatives and projects
  • •Participate in skill-building workshops and consulting projects
  • •Work in-store to gain direct brand insights
  • •Network with peers and senior leadership across the company
