- Ensure accountability to German funders
- Ensure reporting to German funders
- Support German fundraising team
- Manage German fundraising team
- Oversee daily operations
- Oversee project controlling
- Oversee finance
- Oversee administration
- Oversee HR
- Oversee compliance
- Drive collaboration with international network
- Maintain healthy relationships with international network
- Support governance processes
- Work closely with the Board on strategy
- Work closely with the Board on risk
- Work closely with the Board on reporting
- Drive visibility in Germany
