Tasks
- Lead end-to-end fulfilment planning for all goods flows and services
- Collaborate with units, country, and group functions to enhance performance
- Analyze insights and trends to identify risks and propose preventive actions
- Provide accurate fulfilment plans across all planning horizons
- Assess and optimize fulfilment network capacities with key partners
- Translate strategies and growth plans into operational requirements
- Contribute to decision-making for resource and budget allocation
- Design and optimize the fulfilment network at all planning levels
- Recommend actions to address network capacity imbalances
- Support country and IKEA-wide development and innovation
- Implement global ways of working and digital solutions
