Tasks

  • Lead end-to-end fulfilment planning for all goods flows and services
  • Collaborate with units, country, and group functions to enhance performance
  • Analyze insights and trends to identify risks and propose preventive actions
  • Provide accurate fulfilment plans across all planning horizons
  • Assess and optimize fulfilment network capacities with key partners
  • Translate strategies and growth plans into operational requirements
  • Contribute to decision-making for resource and budget allocation
  • Design and optimize the fulfilment network at all planning levels
  • Recommend actions to address network capacity imbalances
  • Support country and IKEA-wide development and innovation
  • Implement global ways of working and digital solutions

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
