- High level of rigor in documentation
- High level of rigor in controls
- High level of rigor in audit readiness
- Deep experience in sustainability/ESG reporting
- Strong familiarity with CSRD
- Strong familiarity with the EU Green Deal
- Experience engaging with regulators
- Experience engaging with auditors
- Experience engaging with external reporting bodies
- Background in leading enterprise transformation initiatives
- Experience in data transformation initiatives
- Experience in reporting transformation initiatives
- Experience in governance transformation initiatives
Tasks
- Shape and lead global P&C disclosure strategy
- Ensure alignment with business priorities and regulatory expectations
- Represent P&C in cross-functional sustainability governance
- Influence executive-level decision-making
- Identify and manage P&C-related impacts, risks, and opportunities
- Define and oversee P&C CSRD sprint backlog
- Ensure audit readiness for sustainability disclosures
- Maintain KPI integrity and transparency
- Govern end-to-end audit processes
- Partner with senior P&C stakeholders and external auditors
- Chair and evolve P&C CSRD Data & Strategy Forum
- Drive alignment across global teams
- Resolve complex interdependencies
- Design and implement validation frameworks
- Ensure regulatory compliance at scale
- Provide strategic oversight of historical data and trend analysis
- Generate clear, consistent insights
- Act as subject matter expert on ESRS and sustainability regulations
- Interpret emerging regulatory requirements
- Translate regulatory expectations into actionable strategy
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Leverage digital, data, and process transformation
