- Degree in safety engineering or comparable university degree with training as an occupational safety specialist
- Good communication and moderation skills at all levels
- Conceptual and structured way of working
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Moderate willingness to travel
- Sound experience in occupational and plant safety from the manufacturing industry
- Passion for EHS management
Tasks
- Support sites in Germany and other European countries in shaping safety culture
- Introduce central safety standards
- Act as the first point of contact for local managing directors and EHS managers
- Lead and develop local EHS managers in your region
- Report directly to the Head of Corporate EHS
- Collaborate on the design of group-wide safety initiatives and programs
- Conduct training programs and workshops for specialists and leaders
- Support the implementation of safety initiatives
- Develop competencies and soft skills through training and coaching sessions
Work Experience
- approx. 4 - 6 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
