Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in economics, marketing, business management, or similar field
  • Proven experience in demand generation (category development or sales); marketing is a plus
  • Solid knowledge of channels, customers, shoppers, and commercial tools (promotions, POS materials, assortment layouts)
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven strategic thinking and long-term planning abilities
  • Analytical mindset
  • Fluent English and professional German proficiency; French is a plus

Tasks

  • Build effective channel and promotional strategies
  • Deliver cross-category promotions
  • Co-develop market channel strategies
  • Design budgeted multi-brand promotional plans
  • Execute budgeted multi-brand promotional plans
  • Drive customer engagement
  • Coordinate with Sales and CDT teams
  • Develop innovative promotions with shopper agencies
  • Build market capabilities in Picture-of-Success creation
  • Enhance promotion evaluation methods
  • Contribute to MBP, QIR, and ICP planning
  • Coach and develop young talents
