- •Implement clear and legally sound agreements
- •Draft master services and SaaS agreements
- •Prepare non-disclosure and sponsorship agreements
- •Develop collaboration agreements and MOUs
- •Manage and oversee direct reports
- •Supervise staff negotiating commercial agreements
- •Act as escalation point for reports
- •Support business line clients with escalations
- •Manage and oversee legal engagement processes
- •Find and implement process efficiencies
- •Identify and mitigate legal risks
- •Escalate identified legal risks when necessary
- •Liaise between stakeholders and business lines
- •Shape and prepare commercial agreements
