- •Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills
- •Excellent communication skills in German and English
- •Goal-oriented, results-driven mindset
- •Proven track record in category management
- •Experience working with channel partners or external vendors
- •Advanced degree such as an MBA preferred
- •Certification or training in category management principles, data analytics, or project management advantageous
