Requirements

  • Four-year Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in category management, product/brand management, or P&L management
  • Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Goal-oriented, results-driven mindset
  • Proven track record in category management
  • Experience working with channel partners or external vendors
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA preferred
  • Certification or training in category management principles, data analytics, or project management advantageous

Tasks

  • Develop category business plans and growth strategies
  • Analyze market opportunities for revenue growth
  • Lead product positioning and pricing strategy
  • Manage the product portfolio end-to-end
  • Oversee product lifecycle activities
  • Ensure product lineup meets local market needs
  • Hold P&L responsibility and quota for the product range
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and sales programs
