Requirements

  • •Good knowledge and experience in customizing SAP HCM module
  • •Knowledge of SuccessFactors, ABAP, and forms
  • •Very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • •Strong communication skills and customer focus
  • •Good German skills and ideally good English skills

Tasks

  • •Support and maintain the existing SAP HCM system
  • •Customize and implement new features
  • •Design and document system changes
  • •Plan and implement SAP projects
  • •Advise and support end users in time management
  • •Assist with payroll accounting inquiries
  • •Serve as a contact for specialist departments
  • •Coordinate with external partners
