- Solid experience as Compliance Officer (2nd line) in regulated Swiss/Liechtenstein financial institution

- Relevant degree, preferably business or law
- Extensive experience implementing monitoring/control processes
- Compliance qualification (e.g., ACAMS) or Masters in related field

Tasks
- Ensure compliance with Swiss and Liechtenstein laws and regulations
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct annual compliance risk assessments
- Create and execute a plan for second-line controls
- Identify potential compliance risks in future business activities
- Communicate firm policies and procedures to relevant employees
- Ensure compliance trainings are effective and current
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and update policies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal departments to integrate compliance requirements
- Oversee AML obligations for Keyrock CH and LI
- Act as the focal point for AML activities
- Fulfill MLRO duties as per AML/CTF Framework
- Represent Keyrock CH and LI in AML prevention matters
- Serve as an AML/CTF subject matter expert
- Conduct regular AML/CTF audits and reviews
- Draft compliance points of attention and recommendations
- Assist Group Head of Compliance with management information reports
