Compensation and Benefits Specialist(m/w/x)
Managing compensation data and Long Term Incentive plans for a global wealth and asset manager with CHF 300 billion AUM. 5+ years relevant experience, preferably in Big Four Reward/Payroll, required. Mobility services and Equal Pay initiatives offered.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or HR
- 5+ years relevant working experience, preferably in Big Four Reward/Payroll
- Knowledge of Asset Management (plus)
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Highly detail-oriented with end-to-end process view and improvement identification
- Workday experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills; market data interpretation and application
- Clear, sound judgment in data transformation and discretion with sensitive data
- Excellent problem-solving skills for constructive/realizable solutions
- French and English language skills (written and spoken)
- Switzerland residency or willingness to relocate
Tasks
- Support annual pay reviews for allocated business units
- Participate in annual compensation surveys
- Update and maintain compensation data
- Partner with HR and business clients on compensation issues
- Support the Group’s Long Term Incentive plans
- Support compensation policies and processes
- Provide first-level compensation support to HRBPs and managers
- Participate in Equal Pay initiatives
- Conduct pay gap analysis
- Implement corrective actions for pay gaps
- Identify improvements in data flows
- Automate current processes
- Maintain the Group’s job architecture framework
- Ensure job architecture adequacy with systems
- Collaborate with HR Finance for accurate bonus booking
- Coordinate with Payroll for accurate bonus reporting
- Coordinate with Payroll for timely bonus payments
