Tasks
- Lead and develop a team of professionals
- Deliver robust, fact-based analysis for trade and account levels
- Monitor JTI brands, promotional activities, and competitor performance
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Analyze company and customer sales performance
- Identify gaps and opportunities across products, accounts, and regions
- Develop route-to-market solutions to improve sales performance
- Lead cross-functional planning for promotional activities
- Support new product launches and volume forecasting
- Track performance against plan
- Adjust forecasts as required
- Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
- Support Key Account Management team
- Contribute to account development strategies
- Develop negotiation approaches
- Plan in-store communication
- Manage budget planning
- Use Category Management and Business Reviews for insights
- Strengthen customer relationships
- Feed sales initiatives into the Cycle Plan process
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Bring ideas into executable realities
- Lead or contribute to special projects
- Impact sales development, efficiency, and business processes

Education
- Bachelor's degree
