Tasks

  • Lead and develop a team of professionals
  • Deliver robust, fact-based analysis for trade and account levels
  • Monitor JTI brands, promotional activities, and competitor performance
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Analyze company and customer sales performance
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across products, accounts, and regions
  • Develop route-to-market solutions to improve sales performance
  • Lead cross-functional planning for promotional activities
  • Support new product launches and volume forecasting
  • Track performance against plan
  • Adjust forecasts as required
  • Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
  • Support Key Account Management team
  • Contribute to account development strategies
  • Develop negotiation approaches
  • Plan in-store communication
  • Manage budget planning
  • Use Category Management and Business Reviews for insights
  • Strengthen customer relationships
  • Feed sales initiatives into the Cycle Plan process
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Bring ideas into executable realities
  • Lead or contribute to special projects
  • Impact sales development, efficiency, and business processes

  • Bachelor's degree
