Requirements

  • German speaking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in account management or sales
  • Proven record of overachievement against sales targets
  • Strong understanding of AI, SaaS, and technology‑driven solutions
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with solution selling and strategic planning
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics platforms
  • MBA or advanced business degree (Preferred)
  • Experience in AI, ML, or data‑driven environments (Preferred)
  • Success managing commercial or mid‑market accounts (Preferred)
  • Ability to build partner and channel relationships (Preferred)

Tasks

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sales strategies
  • Represent the customer's voice to influence product improvements
  • Meet or exceed sales KPIs and forecast accuracy
  • Drive new business acquisition through targeted outreach
  • Identify and close opportunities within assigned territories
  • Expand customer value through upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Partner with Customer Success for seamless onboarding
  • Lead presentations and discovery sessions for commercial opportunities
  • Analyze customer workflows and compliance challenges
  • Present tailored technology solutions and business outcomes
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify expansion
  • Design customized AI-enabled solutions with consultants
  • Coordinate with professional services for successful implementations
  • Partner with Alliances teams for account development
  • Relay customer insights to shape the product roadmap
