  • Use hydrometer to ensure specific gravity and resin ratio
  • Add bar solder, flux, and alcohol to machine
  • Clean and adjust flux density controller
  • Monitor boards for soldering defects
  • Check components for proper seating and soldering quality
  • Dross solder pot to remove impurities
  • Perform daily maintenance on solder pot
  • Drain and clean flux weekly
  • Maintain inventory of chemicals and solder
  • Keep assigned area clean and organized
  • Adhere to safety and health rules
  • Follow company security procedures
