Tasks
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clinical key accounts
- Serve as the primary alliance contact
- Build and expand the clinical site network
- Design and recommend engagement for non-key sites
- Design and recommend retention for non-key sites
- Develop study planning frameworks for stable site engagement
- Provide timely clinical trial information to sites
- Create and maintain a long-term site collaboration roadmap
- Localize and implement global key-relations strategies
- Translate global priorities into actionable local plans
- Collaborate with internal functions for alignment
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience through collaboration
- Serve as a coordinated site contact
- Gather and synthesize site feedback on protocol drafts
- Gather and synthesize site feedback on study designs
- Ensure timely transmission of feedback to project teams
- Report site insights to clinical operations
- Report site recommendations to clinical operations
- Support contracting activities
- Establish rapid study start-up frameworks with key sites
- Establish rapid study start-up frameworks with key networks
- Enable knowledge flow between Bayer and sites
- Facilitate best-practice exchange between Bayer and sites
- Facilitate cross-site learning via other leads
