Tasks
- Lead and manage extensive teams of Celonis experts
- Develop strong relationships with C-level executives
- Embed Celonis into strategic objectives of key stakeholders
- Ensure proper staffing with global cross-functional teams
- Mentor customers on organization design and Center of Excellence maturation
- Coach and provide feedback to team members
- Drive the end-to-end customer value journey
- Influence key stakeholders with executive communication
- Establish Celonis program roadmap and value plans
- Resolve customer escalations efficiently
- Internalize customer strategy and align Celonis delivery
- Support customers in solving business-critical problems
- Ensure high-quality, on-time project completion
- Meet usage and adoption targets
- Organize and lead customer advisory boards
- Gather and implement customer feedback
- Advocate for customer needs within the company
- Collaborate on customer advocacy strategies
- Promote customer presence at key events
- Serve as a Celonis leader at conferences and webinars
- Contribute to thought leadership publications
- Collaborate on innovation and new asset development
- Enhance value engineering team effectiveness with playbooks and tools
