- •Minimum 15 years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience
- •Strong experience in driving large scale transformation programs
- •Experience with AI-based transformation
- •Deep exposure to successful change management practices
- •Ability to navigate large global organizations
- •Natural and consultative approach when engaging with senior executives
- •Strong team player with patient and entrepreneurial leadership style
- •Project management skills to organize and manage multiple streams
- •Strong communication skills to translate Celonis use cases
- •Self-motivated and proactive team player
- •Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments

Tasks
- •Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives
- •Ensure proper staffing for engagements using global cross-functional Celonis teams
- •Mentor customers on organization design and Centers of Excellence maturation
- •Provide guidance and support to team members, offering feedback on performance
- •Manage the end-to-end customer value journey
- •Influence stakeholders through executive communication and product knowledge
- •Establish the Celonis program roadmap and detailed value plans with senior stakeholders
- •Resolve customer escalations by efficiently orchestrating internal teams
- •Align Celonis delivery with the customer's strategy and targets
- •Drive value realization and adoption within accounts, ensuring project completion and client satisfaction
- •Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry challenges
- •Act as the voice of the customer within the company, aligning product development with customer feedback
- •Drive customer presence at key Celonis and industry events
- •Collaborate on innovation and new asset development for the value engineering team
